I wasn’t ready to buy a house yet and was looking for a furnished rental in Panama City FL. Growing up I had this dream of owning a big home and having a family.
However, the reality was that I am single, have no kids and didn’t have a need for a big house. People think that they need a house, but that’s not necessary when you’re single and don’t have kids.

That’s another point to be mentioned when owning a home. If anything breaks, you must fix it yourself or hire someone to do so. Both end up costing you money in the long run.
Thankfully, if anything breaks in my furnished rental in Panama City FL I don’t really have to worry about that at all. I’m knocking on wood that something doesn’t break.
